We use large-scale robotic 3D printing to produce full-size components, prototypes, and production parts directly from digital designs. The process enables complex geometries, rapid iteration, and eliminates expensive tooling investments. We print in materials such as HDPE, polypropylene, and a range of other thermoplastics, supporting both one-off builds and series production. We also operate smaller 3D printers for more detailed parts with a variety of materials.
Precision is key in our CNC milling operations, where plugs are crafted as a precursor to the mold-making process. With our five- and three-axis cnc mill we are able to accomadate complex designs. The accuracy of these plugs/molds are critical in achieving the high-quality standards required for subsequent production stages.
We CNC mill composite parts with high precision, creating complex geometries, clean surfaces, and consistent results. The process is suitable for both prototypes and production components where accuracy, repeatability, and material performance are critical.
We develop and manufacture high-performance composite components using advanced processes such as carbon fiber and fiberglass fabrication, resin infusion and precision trimming. Combining engineering, tooling and production expertise, we take composite parts from concept and prototype through to repeatable series production.
The division is equipped to handle RTM molding and resin infusion molding with fiberglass and carbonfiber. This process is streamlined to accommodate both large-scale productions and customized projects, emphasizing efficiency and quality. This process also includes CNC Milling of the molded composite parts, to ensure the correct dimensions and specifications on the produced parts.
We assemble components, sub-systems and complete products as part of the production process. From low-volume builds to repeatable series production, we focus on efficient workflows, consistent quality and solutions designed for scalability.
